BATTAMBANG is Cambodia’s second largest city and has a very interesting mixture of Thai, Italian, French and Khmer architecture. Getting to Battambang is not that simple, they do not have an airport, so you must use ground transportation,  You can get there from the Thai side, via Thai railway, bus or hired car.  And then a bus or hired car (2 hours) on the Cambodian side of the border.  You can get there from Siem Reap in about 3 hours or from Phnom Penh it is about a 4 hour bus / car ride.

Men’s Health Social Service (MHSS) MHSS is a local NGO based in Battambang province with the field offices in Phnom Penh, Kampong Speu, Prey Veng, Kampong Chhnang, Bantey Meanchey and Kampong Thom. It has been actively operating in Cambodia since 2004, in a sectors of health, training and capacity building of health at all levels. MHSS was registered in 2004 and received recognition by the Ministry of Interior. MHSS is a dynamic motivated group working with men who have sex with men and transgendered people, drug users, entertainment workers and factory worker to identify their health problems and other issues and their consequences in resource-poor settings. KHANA supports focused prevention in 8 Operational Districts (Battambang, Sangke, Kg. Chhnang, Kg.Tralach, Boribo, Kampong Speu, O Dong, and Neak Loeung).
