Kep (near the southern Viet Nam border) is a great beach resort area; it is very lush and tropical with beautiful clean waters. During the French colonial period it was Cambodia’s luxury destination for the rich and famous from around the world. Although you can find some gay life walking around, there is no real gathering place for such. There are a lot of cute beach boyz and tuk tuk drivers that can be friendly. Be sure to check out Teuk Chhou Zoo, and for a nice daytrip, go to Koh Tonsay (Rabbit Island). There are two great gay resorts in Kep.
Knai Bang Chatt Resort A gay owned and managed resort, high end. Serene and pure, Knai Bang Chatt, an exquisite lifestyle resort, will enchant you. Located in Kep, right on the southern east coastline of Cambodia, the resort gives you a blend of privacy, serenity and exclusivity.

Located near the Vietnamese border.
The Artist Shop (Veranda Natural Resort) “The Artist Shop”, stocks a wide variety of some local items including clothes, handbags, purses, wallet, bathing suit, silk, scarves, jewelry, pepper souvenir. Many of these items are local made to support the poor woman villagers surrounding. We also work with organizations and some profit of the sales goes direct to the organization as part of our community support efforts.
Auberge le Bout du Monde Restaurant Bar and restaurant with a gay French manager. Great view overlooking, the sea, Bokor Mountain and Phu Quoc Vietnam. Old style Khmer houses make it a quaint setting. Khmer and westerner food, using only local ingredients with a Khmer chef.
