The Dragonfly House Wat Damnak     LGBT faces many challenges including discrimination, lack of access to education and health services and limited options with regards to employment. The Dragonfly House is a new initiative to provide health and social services for LGBT (lesbian, gay bisexual and transgender) people in Siem Reap. The Dragonfly House will have many different services including a Drop-In Center, health services for men and women, exercise classes, art projects, film nights and more. We will also open a small community café as a space where LGBT and their friends can come and relax in our beautiful garden and enjoy coffee and light snacks at local prices.

Adore Cambodia! Tourism Campaign Launched in the Heart of the Kingdom of Wonders

A thriving tourism community aims to attract thousands of gay and lesbian travelers to Siem Reap, Cambodia, home to more than 40 gay-owned and gay-friendly businesses, in 2011-2012. Cambodian tourism businesses have launched a colorful, global campaign, Adore Cambodia!, to let GLBT travelers know they are especially welcome in the Kingdom of Wonders.
